Caramel Apple Pot Pies

Ingredients

four 12 oz ramekins Ingredients:
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1 box Jiffy cinnamon muffin mix
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Heath toffee bits
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Divide the apple filling into four (12oz) ramekins.
3.) Drizzle apples with caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4.) In a mixing bowl, combine jiffy mix with milk and egg. Pour over apples.
5.) Sprinkle toffee bits on top.
6.) Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to set for 5-10 minutes and serve. Enjoy!!!
