4 hard boiled eggs
2 large onions (chopped)
1 jar of Spanish olives 10 oz. (with pimentos, chopped)
1 lb. chop meat
1/2 cup oil
salt and pepper to taste

Pastry >>> Goya round frozen dough...


Sautee onions in oil until transparent (approx. 15 min.)
Add chop meat and let mixture cool.
Add chopped olives
Add chopped eggs
Moisten edges of the dough with a little water on your fingers
Spoon in mixture (about a teaspoon )
seal edges
press edges with a fork to seal
Fry until golden brown (be sure oil covers the top of empanadas)

Do not reheat in microwave... use oven
