Corned Beef BrisketBag of baby carrots
bag of small red potatoes
cabbage (cut)
Instructions
In large pot : cover brisket with waterAdd seasoning packet, and bring to boil
Simmer for 2 1/2 hrs. until fork tender
Add cabbage and potatoes to pot after it has simmered about 2 hrs.
remove corned beef to platter

Cook cabbage and potatoes 15 mins. (test) when cabbage is tender your soup is done
You can return beef to pot or leave out or cute for soup
