Perogies

Ingredients

4 cups flour
3/4 cup water
1 egg

Instructions

Put flour in bowl
add water and egg mix well
knead until smooth (may need to add a little more water )
Roll out dough (thin )
cut with cookie cutter
fill, wet 1/2 way around with water
seal


Boil water place in water until they float
Place on wax paper, brush with melted butter so they don't stick to each other

Eat as is or fry with onions as desired

Fillings :
Cheese.... chedder cheese and mashed potaoes
Cabbage......chop cabbage, squeeze out water.
fry in butter and onions till lightly brown
cool and fill
