Ingredients
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons2 large cans of Tomato Puree
2 large cans of Tomato Paste
1 quart Heavy Cream
Italian Seasonings to taste
2 sticks butter (salted )
Parmesan cheese, one tub
2 lbs. penne pasta
Instructions
Saute garlic lightly in oil in large pot.Add Tomato Puree, Paste and Crushed tomatoes
Add one tomato paste can full of Vodka
Cover and simmer
In Another Pot :
On low heat
Butter
Cream
1 cup Parm cheese
When heated thoroughly, combine mixtures
Cook Penne and Serve......
