Yellow Pepper Cream Sauce
IngredientsYellow peppers, roasted 3ea
Garlic 1 tbsp
White wine 2 oz
Chicken Stock 1cup
Cream, heavy 1 cup
Instructions1. Saute the shallots garlic and peppers until soft.
2. Add the White wine and reduce until almost dry
3. add the chicken stock and cream
4. reduce by 1/3rd
5. season with salt and white pepper.
6. Puree and strain
This recipe is from the Chef (Chris Krajacic) at Walt's Wharf restaurant in Seal Beach California. They served it over grilled Halibut and it was wonderful!
