1- 12 oz pkg stove top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 cup hot water
2 1/2 cups diced chicken breast (cooked)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
shredded cheese
Instructions
Make stuffing according to pkg (water & butter). In a separate bowl mix chicken, celery, mayo ad salt. Add to stuffing and mix well. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Mix eggs and milk and pour over stuffing mixture. Spread soup over stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
