Crock Pot Sausage Dip

2 pounds bulk sausage (turkey sausage
works well and is lower in fat)
1 small onion - chopped finely
2 cans of Rotel tomatoes
2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
1/2 can chopped olives
rown the sausage and onion together. Drain fat.
Cut the cream cheese into cubes, then mix with the remaining ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low until melted.
This is a double recipe for a party . It can be halved. Eat with tortilla chips.
