Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients
3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup coconut (optional)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 stick margarine (1/4 cup)
Instructions
combine all ingredients, mix well, pour into buttered dish.
topping: combine ingredients, spread over potato mixture.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes, or until brown
