Ingredients
2 lb lean ground beef
1- 6oz package stove top stuffing (chicken)
1 cup water
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup salsa (divided)
3/4 cup mexican style cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all infredients except 1/4 cup salsa and cheese. Shape into oval and place in a 13x9 baking dish. Top with remaining salsa. Bake one hour, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
