Ingredients

1 8oz box elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten with a large stick
2 cups milk
3-4 cups shredded cheese
(We guesstimate most of the time, but if I
had to measure I would say 3 parts
Med Cheddar to 1 part Cream Havarti,
Muenster, and Colby Jack,
whatever "feels" right, lol)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Instructions

Cook the macaroni for 7 minutes, drain. Return HOT pasta to large pot or bowl and add butter, stir until melted. Add cheese and mix well. Add beaten eggs, salt, and pepper, stir. Lastly add the milk and stir well.Pour and spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish (9x13), top with remaining cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
