Ingredients
3 Medium Sized Tomatoes3 Tsp of fresh Cilantro washed, rinsed and chopped
2- Cloves of fresh Garlic chopped or 2 tsp of Garlic Powder
The juice of 1 Lime
2 tsp Lawrey's Seasoning
2- Jalapeno Chile peppers Chopped
1 can of Rotel tomatoes with Green Chiles
1 ½ cans of Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
1 can of Whole Kernel Corn drained
1 tsp Dried Crushed Red Peppers (optional)
1 small Yellow or Red Onion Chopped
1 Green Pepper Chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together cover with plastic wrap allow toChill for a few hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips
Scoops are pretty good
