CHILI QUESO DIP
This Chili Queso Dip recipe, with zesty chunks of tomato and green chilies, is the smoky, cheesy, and downright delicious game day appetizer you need to try. Velveeta® is a registered trademark of Kraft Foods, Inc. Ro*Tel® and Wolf® Brand are registered trademarks of Conagra Brands, Inc.
Ingredients
1 can (15 oz each) Wolf® Brand Chili No Beans1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
1 pkg (16 oz each) Velveeta®, cut into cubes
Instructions
STEP ONECombine chili, drained tomatoes and Velveeta in medium saucepan.
STEP TWO
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted completely and mixture is blended, stirring frequently.
STEP THREE
Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
TIPS
To make in microwave, combine chili, drained tomatoes and Velveeta in 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe dish; cover. Microwave on HIGH 6 minutes or just until Velveeta melts, stirring after 3 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir until mixture is blended. CAUTION: Dish will be hot; use hot pads.
