Ingredients
2 Each, Pineapples, Golden, Peeled, cored and diced 3/8”1 Each, Red Bell Pepper, Seeded & diced 1/4”
1/2 Cup, Red Onion, Chopped fine
2 tsp, Garlic, Fresh, Minced
1/2 Cup, Cilantro, Fresh Leaves, Chopped
2 TBSP, Jalapeno, Fresh, Seeded & minced
2 Each, Limes, Juiced
2 TBSP, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBSP, Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp, Salt, Kosher
Instructions
1.Combine all ingredients in a medium, non-reactive bowl and toss together.2.Cover and allow to stand in the refrigerator 1 hour before serving to marinate the flavors together.
