Pie Crust

Ingredients

4 single crusts 2 single crusts

cups flour 2-1/2 cups flour
1 cup shortening 2 cups shortening
1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons salt

1 egg in cup and filled with water to one cup
(Use half cup) (Use whole cup)

Instructions

Cut shortening into flour. Whisk egg and water. Add to flour mixture. Chill dough 15 minutes before rolling.
