Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

12 ounces chocolate chips
3 tablespoons water
4 eggs
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Separate eggs. Melt chips and water in top of double boiler. Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar until light and creamy. Gradually add to chocolate mixture. Cool.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to chocolate. Whip cream and vanilla until stiff and add to chocolate mixtue.

Pour into individual ramekins or pretty dish. Chill at least 6 hours.
