Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients

Crust:
1 package yellow cake mix (less 1 cup)
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 beaten egg

Filling:
3 cups pumpkin pie filling (not pumpkin puree)**
2 beaten eggs
2/3 cup sugar

Topping:
1 cup yellow cake mix (left from crust)
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

Crust: Combine cake mix, butter and egg and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

Filling: Combine pumpkin pie filling, eggs and sugar. Pour onto unbaked crust.

Topping: Blend 1 cup cake mix with melted butter, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar and sprinkle over top of pumpkin.

Bake in 350 degree oven 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped cream

**NOTE: When using pumpkin puree rather than pumpkin pie filling, add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1/3 teaspoon cloves to the pumpkin puree (to make 3 cups).
