Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients

8 inch baked pie crust

Pie Filling:
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 heaping tablespoon flour
1/2 cup raisins

Meringue:
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

Combine pie filling ingredients in saucepan. Boil until thick, stirring constantly. Turn into pie crust. Top with meringue.

Meringue:
Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form. Continue beating while slowly adding sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy. Spread over hot filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
