No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

1 small package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water

30 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup melted margarine

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk, chilled

Instructions

Dissolve jello and water. Cool

Combine graham crackers and butter. Line bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Reserve some for top.

Whip chilled evaporated milk. Blend cream cheese and sugar, then fold in whipped milk. Fold in chilled jello.

Pour into prepared pan.
