Mixed Berries with Marscapone-Limoncello Cream

Ingredients

3/4 cup whipping cream
4 ounces mascarpone
3 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Limoncello
8 cups fresh berries (mixture of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries (about 2 pounds)
3/4 cup raspberry preserves
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

Instructions

Combine all berries, raspberry preserves, lemon peel, and 1/2 cup sugar and toss gently. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Combine whipping cream, mascarpone, 3 tablespoons sugar and limoncello in bowl. Whip until soft peaks form.

When ready to serve, place dolop of cream mixture in 8 serving dishes. Place berries on top. Top with remaining cream mixture.
