Cottage Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1-1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting: 2 Tablespoons milk, 2 Tablespoons butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Cream butter and cottage cheese thoroughly. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Divide in thirds. Roll each into circle. Cut into twelve wedges each. Roll into crescent. Placed on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Frost while hot.

Frosting: Heat butter and milk till butter melts. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth
