Peppermint Dessert

Ingredients

1 package Hydrox cookies
1 pound mini marshmallows
1 cup milk
1/2 cup (hard) peppermint candies, crushed
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Instructions

Crush cookies and put half in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler. Cool and add crushed candy. Whip cream and add to marshmallow mixture. Place in pan and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours before serving.
