Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients

18-1/2 ounce yellow cake mix
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1/2 cup light rum
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
20 ounce can pineapple chunks in syrup
3 Tablespoons cream of coconut
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

Combine cream of coconut, cake mix, rum, oil and eggs. Drain pineapple. Add 1/2 cup pineapple syrup to cake batter. Beat with electric mixer 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from pan.

Combine 3 Tablespoons cream of coconut and 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake. Serve in ring of pineapple chunks.
