2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
2 bell peppers, cored and sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 teaspoons ginger (fresh)
1 cup unsalted cashews
InstructionsWhisk oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, rice wine and sesame oil.
In large skillet over medium-high heat add vegetable oil until it shimmers. Add chicken and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add the pepper, onion and ginger. Stir fry another 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in sauce and nuts.
