Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark
Ingredients
1 pound plus 2 ounces white chocolate, imported1-1/2 cups peanut butter, extra chunky
8 ounces chocolate, bittersweet or semisweet
Instructions
Finely chop both chocolates. Butter 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Line with was paper or parchment paper. Melt one pound white chocolate with peanut butter in large bowl set over saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth.Meanwhile melt dark chocolate in same manner.
Melt the 2 ounces of white chocolate in small bowl in same manner.
Remove all bowls from water. Pour peanut butter mixture into pan, spreading to cover surface completely. Using a spoon, drizzed melted dark chocolate in lines over peanut butter mixture. Draw tip of small knife through chocolate to marbelize. Drizzle remaining white chocolate over and marbelize in the same manner.
Chill until firm, at least two hours. Cut into triangles or other shapes. Serve cold.
