Pork Chop Casserole


6 boneless Pork Chops cubed
1 pkg Lipton Soup Mix
2 cans Beef Broth
1 can Cream Mushroom Soup
2 cups uncooked Zataran Rice


Salt, pepper, flour, and fry cubed pork chops. Place in casserole dish. Leave about 2 tbs of oil and drippings you fried pork chops and add beef broth, soup mix, and rice. Bring to boil and pour over pork chops. Spoon tablespoons of cream of mushroom in without stirring. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until rice is done. Stir, cover, and set for about 10 or 15 minutes before serving.
