Marsala Sauce
A deliciously flavored sauce to serve over chicken, pork, or pasta.


3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup marsala wine
1 1/2 cups chicken broth (for beef had beef broth)
1/3 cup heavy cream


Heat olive oil; add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine cook for 1 minute. Add broth cook for 2 minutes. Add cream and cook on lowest heat setting for 20 minutes.
