Grilled Sweet and Sour Pork Chops


1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoobs dijon mustard
3 drops tabasco
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 thinly cut pork chops


Preheat grill to medium-high.

In a plastic resealable bag, big enough to fit the chops, mix together the sugar, honey, oil, lime juice, mustard, tabasco, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork chops and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Spray grill with Pam grilling spray. Place the chops on the grill and cook until grill marks form, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook another 5 minutes or until done.
