(Low Carb) CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA
Keto diet freindly, very filling and delicious! Entire pizza about 3 carbs.

Ingredients

CRUST:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 egg beaten
Pinch of salt

TOPPINGS:
4 chicken strips cut into small pieces
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 fresh jalapeno diced
2 tablespoons cream cheese
¼ cup alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese

Instructions

CRUST:
Place mozzarella and cream cheese in glass bowl; heat in microwave until melted, stir; quickly stir in almond flour, salt, and egg; stir quickly until it forms into a dough substance. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray and spread out with hands. Note: Coat your hands in oil while spreading – makes it much easier. Poke holes all over crust with fork.

Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake until lightly browned; remove from oven and top with toppings.


TOPPINGS:
Fry bacon until crispy and place on paper towels to cool. Drain bacon grease from skillet leaving very small amount; add chicken and jalapeno, season with salt and pepper to taste; stir fry until done then add cream cheese, cook until cream cheese is melted.

Pour alfredo sauce onto top of crust and spread. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of parmesan cheese and half the mozzarella; add chicken and bacon. Top with the rest of the mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
