Ingredients1 cup Sugar
1 cup Pecans, chopped
2 sticks Butter
InstructionsPlace unbroken graham crackers top-side up onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Make sure crackers are neatly placed, all touching. In a heavy skillet, melt butter; add sugar and bring to a slow boil. add chopped pecans and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Pour over graham crackers and spread quickly. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes. While hot, cut into bite-sizes using a pizza cutter. Immediately remove from sheet and place on a cooking rack.
