Ding Dong Cake


1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 Homemade Chocolate Fudge Icing
1 pkg Cream Cheese
1 tub Cool Whip
3/4 cup Powder Sugar
1/2 cup of mini semi-sweet Chocolate Chips


Mix cake mix as directed (add 1/2 cup sour cream) and bake in two round cake pans. Set cake aside and cool.

For Icing:
Mix cream cheese with powder sugar, blend well, then lightly blend in cool whip.

Put cream cheese cool whip icing in between the two cakes, save some to put on top. When the cakes are put together then lightly icing the whole thing with 1/2 can of homemade chocolate fudge icing. On top of the cake add the rest of the cream cheese cool whip icing on to the middle of the cake. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
