Steak Casserole


8 minute Steaks cubed
6 to 8 white potatoes sliced
4 carrots sliced
1 onion sliced
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sweet peas


Salt, pepper, and flour cubed steaks and fry. Remove and place in casserole dish. Reserve about 2 tbs of oil in pan you fried steaks and add potatoes, carrots, and onions and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add those to casserole dish and mix with meat. Then in same pan add beef broth and mushroom soup and bring to boil. Pour over meat and potato mixture. Open sweet peas and layer on top and do not stir. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
