Butter Rum Sauce
This sauce is so creamy and good! Can be served over cheesecake, cakes, and fruits. So good!


1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp dark rum


Take half of the butter and melt in saucepan; add brown sugar and cream. Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute until sugar is melted. Remove from burner and stir in rum. Place back on burner and cook for just a half minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter.
