Taco Soup
Have left over taco meat? No worries! Make Taco soup! No leftovers? Make the taco meat fresh :)
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef2 pkgs taco seasoning
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can beef broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 small can tomato sauce
1 can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 pkg ranch seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In large pot brown ground beef with salt and pepper to taste (drain any excess grease), add bell pepper and onion, stir fry until tender, add taco seasoning and broth. Add remaining ingredients to pot. Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with fritos and sour cream.From Melissa Bratton's kitchen!
