Mexican Dorrito Casserole


2 Chicken Breast
I can Rotel Tomatoes
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 bag Doritos
1 block Mexican Velveeta cubed
1 block Medium Cheddar Cheese shredded


Boil chicken breast. Remove when done and shred into small pieces. In pot leave about 1 cup of chicken broth, add rotels, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and velveeta. Heat till smooth. In casserole dish place doritos, chicken, and 1/2 shredded cheese and mix and pat flat. Pour mixture over the whole dish until doritos are completely covered. Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake uncovered. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
