Homemade Spagetti Sauce


1 pound hamburger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 onion, minced
1 jar homemade rotels
1 can tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
salt to taste


Brown hamburger with onions and garlic; drain. Add all other ingredients and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

Pour over cooked spaghetti. Serve with cornbread.
