Kielbasa Pineapple Appetizer
This super easy appetizer is always a hit at parties. The pineapple complements the meat without being too sweet.
Ingredients
Approximately 3 lbs Polish Sausage (or Kielbasa)2 20oz Cans Pineapple Chunks - w/Juice
1 - 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
Instructions
Cut kielbasa into 1" chunks. Mix sugar and pineapple juice. Pour over sausage into glass dish. Bake 1 hour at 350° or in a Crock Pot for a few hours on low.From: Sonya Rulli (mom)
