Vegetable Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Vegetable Soup Mix (I use 2 envelopes for a heartier dip)1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; chill 2 hours.Serve with your favorite dippers; carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers, green onions, tomatos, zucchini, yellow squash, etc.
