Traditional Hunter-Style Chicken

Ingredients

4 Chicken Thighs with Bone and Skin
1 Crushed Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Mushroom Bouillon
2 Tbsp Turmeric Flour
1 Red Bell Pepper, Slice
1/2 Onion, Slice
3 Gloves Garlic
3 Twigs Thyme

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven 425'
2. Chicken Thighs, salt & pepper, coat in tumeric flour
3. Pan sear over medium-high, 4 minutes each side.
4. Remove chicken, same pan, add onion, bell pepper, saute 2 minutes, salt & pepper, add garlic, thyme, 4 minutes.
5. Add crushed tomatoes, 3/4 cup water, bouillon.
6. Return chicken to pan, skin-side up.
7. Bake 25 minutes.
