Bread #3 - The 100-Yr-Old Way (try this next)
Ingredients
200 ml warm milk2 tbsp sugar
7g dry yeast
2 eggs
100g butter, melted
1 tsp salt
470g bread flour
Instructions
1. Mix milk, sugar, yeast. Bloom 10 min.2. Mix in eggs, butter, salt.
3. Sift in flour. Knead till dough forms.
4. Proof 50 min.
5. Cake pan, parchment.
5. Flatten, shape in pan.
6. Proof 20 min.
7. Poke holes all over.
8. Brush egg.
9. Bake 350F 20-25 min.
