Roasted Leg of Lamb
Ingredients5-6 lb bone-in leg of lamb
5 lbsp italian seasoning w/ rosemary
1 tbsp coarse salt
2 tsp black pepper
Instructions1. Preheat 350F. Line roasting pan w/ aluminum foil.
2. Pat lamb dry w/ paper towel. Score lamb throughout with sharp knife.
3. Place lamb, fat side up, on rack over roasting pan.
4. Rub seasoning all over, into scores.
5. Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hour, until 135F internal temperature.
6. Serve immediately w/ sauce under roasting pan as dip.
