Warabi Mochi
Ingredients
3/4 cup tapioca starch1/2 cup sugar
1-3/4 cup water
1/4 cup kinako
Instructions
1. Dust tray with kinako.2. Mix tapioca starch, sugar, water.
3. Medium heat till boils.
4. Low heat to simmer, beat vigorously for 10 min until thick and translucent.
5. Pour into tray. Dust kinako.
6. Chill 20 min.
7. Cut cubes. Toss kinako.
