Thumbprint Shortbread
Ingredients
1-1/2 cup flour1/2 cup powder sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup jam
Instructions
1. Preheat oven 350F.2. Whisk flour, sugar, cornstarch.
3. Beat in butter, vanilla.
4. Chill 10 min until ball-able.
5. Make balls, press down, thumb print, fill jam.
6. Bake 15-18 minutes, until lightly golden on the bottom.
