1/2 cup green beans2 oz chicken
6 tbsp egg white
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
pepper, chilli, etc.
Instructions
1. Layer veggies, meat.2. Mix egg white, milk, salt, seasoning.
3. Pour into mini Dutch oven, close lid.
4. Air fryer, 300F, 20 min.
