Lasagna
Ingredients
1.75 lb ground beef, italian sausage48 oz pasta sauce
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg
4 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
16 oz lasagne noodle (18 sheets)
Instructions
1. Stir fry meat, mix with pasta sauce.2. Mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt.
3. Layer (top to bottom):
parmesan
mozazarella

meat sauce
riccota-egg
--- noodle ---
meat sauce
4. Cover with foil. Do not touch the cheese.
5. Bake 375F 40 min. Remove foil. Bake 10 min.
6. Let stand 15 min. Serve.
