港式白汁
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter3 cup chicken stock
1.5 cup heavy cream
3 tsp sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1-3/4 lb chicken
1.5 lb corn
Instructions
1. Melt butter, add flour simmer to paste.2. Add stock, add cream. Simmer till smooth.
Use with chicken and corn over rice.
Makes 12 cups.
Add 1 cup stock, to use as 忌廉湯 base.
