Sanshoku Dango
Ingredients
Dango:1 cup mochiko
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 cup water
Coloring, 1/2 tsp matcha, etc.
Ice bath
Sauce:
Matcha - 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 1/4 tsp matcha. Microwave 1 min.
Sweet Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp water, 3/4 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp cornstarch. Simmer till thicken.
Instructions
1. Whisk mochiko, sugar, salt.2. Add water. Mix.
3. Divide in 3. Add coloring, matcha, etc.
4. Roll into balls.
5. Boil 4 min max. Ice bath.
6. Skewer.
