Lemon Cream Sauce (for Fish)
Ingredients
2 tbsp buttergarlic
lemon zest
1/4 cup wine
1/2 cup heave cream
Instructions
1. Melt butter, saute garlic 3 min.2. Add lemon zest, wine. Simmer to reduce.
3. Add cream. Simmer to reduce.
4. Strain. Pour over fish.
Fish - salt & pepper, sear both sides.
