Quick Pie Crust
Makes 12 oz dough
Ingredients
1-1/2 cup all purpose flour1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, melted, cooled down
2 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven 400F or toaster oven 275F.2. Mix butter, milk, sugar, salt.
3. Mix in flour thoroughly.
4. Press into (1) 11" deep pie pan, or
(12) egg tart mold @ 1 oz each, or
(3) mini pie dish @ 4 oz each - crust lid @ 2 oz each
2 portions make 4 double crusted mini pie.
Pies:
5. Bake 400F 5 min.
6. Add filling.
7. Bake per pie recipe.
Egg tarts:
5. Bake 275F 5 min.
6. Add filling.
6. Bake 275F 20 min.
Fruit tarts:
5. Bake 275F 7 min.
6. Chill.
7. Fill.
