Egg Pudding
Ingredients
2 eggs1 cup water
1/8 cup sugar
Instructions
1. Warm water in microwave, 45 sec.2. Whisk egg.
3. Whisk in water.
4. Whisk in sugar.
5. Scoop out bubbles. Strain if needed.
6. Foil cover.
7. Medium to medium-high, steam 12 min. Open lid to release steam every 4 min.
